At the start of World War I, the Bavarian authorities confiscated the factory from the British. From 1917 it worked as Porzellanfabrik Mitterteich A.G. Number of workers reached 300. Because of rising demand in 1925 was constructed a second facility and another one in 1937. In 2006, the company seized to exist.
