Vintage, ornately engraved Samurai Katana sword with folded steel blade, brass handle & brass saya. Saya engraved with fantastic scorpions & landscape design with clouds. Tsuba embossed with an enormous dragon & two fighting warriors. Brass handle engraved with a large phoenix bird. Fish & aquatic plants embossed into the seppa. Hunt scene with stag deer & duck embossed into the kojiri. Floral embossed kashira. Birds & florals embossed into the ashi. Clan name & makers mark stamped into blade, along with numbers 19356. An incredibly ornate & beautiful display sword for any collection.
