Vintage Reproduction Of Aztec Terracotta Statue

This lot contains a vintage Aztec terracotta statue. The Aztec culture dominated most of mesoamerica during the 15th-16th century. Aztec sculptures often focused on the subject of worship creating figures of individuals from the extensive family of gods similar to this piece. This statue is perfect for use in a garden or outside porch area. It is approx 8" x 4" x 12" and weighs about 3.5lbs. The statue is in average vintage condition with some cracks in the clay. The statue has been repaired but light damage is still visible.
