Vintage Sterling Silver Turquoise Naja Cuff Bracelet
Vintage Jewelry: Vintage Sterling Silver Old Pawn/Native American Turquoise Naja Cuff Bracelet - 5" with 1.25 opening. The band is somewhat curved with a rope accent on the bottom front, a stamped deisn on the main band with three silver bead-like accents on the top of the band, centered in the front. The Naja is somewhat offset and not centered on the band - it has a turquoise stone that is 3/4" by 1/2" thick. It is an oval turquoise bezel-set stone (believe Indian Mountain but may be a different stone - slight gold flecking in the black veining). Weight of the bracelet is 19.68 grams. The naja themed piece is shadowbox with two feathers or leaves curved over the base of the piece and the stone is centered between the two sides with a stamped round tip on each side. This is more for a slender wrist - while you can pull it and push it - with silver over time that can cause the silver to break. It does not move easily but can be moved with force - it is just recommended that you do not do that. The band is about a 1/4" in the front and slightly less around the sides where there is no rope accent. This does have vintage patina that will clean away easily however I do not do that as many vintage buyers have indicated a preference for leaving the item as is. It is not signed. This came from an Estate sale in PA where I was able to get a few Native/Southwestern pieces.
