Vittorio Zecchin - Murano, Venini - Vase

Stunning incamiciato vase made by Venini from a design by Vittorio Zecchin. Incamiciato vase from the 'Opalino' series. Crafted by the glassmakers Vetri Soffiati Muranesi, Venini & Co. , (V. S. M.) , Murano-Italy in the 1930s. The piece is in very good condition for collectors. The body of the vase is bulb-shaped and the mouth has a large circular flared rim, three recesses all around the neck of the vase and three small wavy handles cast in clear blue glass. Triple-shell glass vase composed of two layers of transparent blue glass containing an internal layer of opaque white lattimo glass.
