Volvo - P1800 - 1971

[ translate ]

The Volvo 1800 E was designed by Swedish designer Pelle Petterson. When the production of this Volvo started, it was given the type designation P1800. Obviously very well known from the James Bond film with Roger Moore. This Volvo P1800 was delivered new in the USA in 1971. It came to the Netherlands in 2018. The car was restored in the US a while ago. The car still doesn’t have any rust, you could say that the restoration was carried out well. The paintwork has some minor imperfections in places. Visible if you're very close. Technically very good, it has a revised engine and gearbox. The clutch has been renewed and the fuel tank has been completely cleaned. A new starter was recently fitted and the overdrive was repaired. The car has a recent valuation report. The interior is neat and all components work properly. The car drives, brakes and shifts as it should. It is a real pleasure to drive this car. Also very suitable for driving historical rallies. In short, a neat Volvo P1800 for many years of driving pleasure. The value of this vintage car will increase over the years. The car can be viewed in Valkenswaard, The Netherlands. It can also be viewed on the ramp. It is recommended to view the car prior to placing a bid.
