Watches from the Lunokhod collection were designed for use in various extreme activities, from deep-sea diving to space exploration, and have the following beneficial features:

- An automatic movement caliber NH35A
- An automatic helium release valve is integrated into the watch case. The spring-loaded one-way valve is activated when the difference between internal and external pressure reaches a critical level. This feature is useful for commercial divers operating at great depths using diving bells with a breathing gas mixture inside.
- Swiss-made tritium tubes are mounted vertically in the dial ring. This positioning of the tubes provides advanced additional illumination of the time display.
- Custom silicone and leather straps interchangeable with a single screwdriver.
