W.A.S. Benson, British, 1854-1924, a brass kettle, stand and burner, c.1900, stamped WASB with hammers in a shield, the kettle having an overhead cane-bound handle, the three-legged stand united by a hoop that supports the burner; together with a Benson twin-handled sugar bowl and a milk jug, both with stamped marks and RD. Kettle & Stand. A few old marks and scratches and general wear in keeping with age and some use. The wicker covering with some surface peeling to few stands, but still intact, some staining and colour variation. Stand base with appropriate wear, the hinge on the burner is a little loose. Bowl & Jug: a few marks and scratches and light natural wear in keeping with age. Plated interior to jug is rubbed.
