dating: about 1880 provenance: USA, Rifled, round barrel, with fore-sight and adjustable rear sight, marked with company's address, 'KING'S IMPROVEMENT' and patents of '55 and'60, caliber marking '38 W.C.F.'. Frame with mechanics in working order, tang with model caption, serial number '2494xx x'. Remains of finishing and slight defects. Walnut butt and fore-end, both smooth. Iron mounts. length 110 cm.
