Model M1 Garand, manufactured by Winchester Arms in 1943. Having a 24" barrel, one piece walnut stock and forearm with hand protector. Shoulder strap rings. Adjustable rear sight. .30-06 caliber with an 8-round internal magazine. Also includes a breakdown and cleaning tool and two WW2 era bayonets. One 'PAL' 1943 U.S. Armory bayonet with a 9 1/2" blade and synthetic sheath. The second bayonet is also a U.S. Armory 1943 bayonet with a 16" blade and synthetic sheath. The cartouche on the left side of stock above trigger inscribed "WRA GHD" with a circular mark with crossed cannons. Marked on the frame behind the rear site "U.S. Rifle Cal. 30 M1 Winchester 2452495." Visibly observed "WRA" marks on the barrel forward of the bolt, in front of the rear site bolt, and on the trigger guard.
