A bound collection of official printed information sheets, signed off by Albert Gleaves, numbered 1-94, giving information on new situations and how to fill in reports properly. Mounted in a leather folder, two sheets detached, the upper cover lettered in gilt;
Together with a small file labelled Transport Data, marked Secret, in card wrappers, and containing 43 carbon copies of Transport data, for the period July 8th to 18th 1918, each report recording the size, tonnage, storage, hatch sizes, speed, coal consumption and type of radio for ships used by the US transport Force for passage of goods from the US to France. Many of the ships bear new names having been requistioned from Germany.
