WW1 German Mauser 98/05 Bayonet, example with two piece wooden slab grips, steel pommel with acceptance stamps to the rear and steel cross guard. Housed in its blued steel scabbard, missing the frog stud. Swollen blade with fuller to the back edge. Spine with crowned acceptance stamp and ‘17’ for 1917 issue. Blade by Fichtel & Sachs Schweinfurt. Some staining and wear to the blade.
