Will Gabaldón (b. 1978 Belen, New Mexico) received his B.F.A. in painting from the University of New Mexico and his M.F.A. from the University of Pennsylvania. Before moving to Chicago, he lived and worked in Brooklyn. While living in New York, he was a painting assistant for Jeff Koons, and a founding member of the artist-run exhibition space, TSA Gallery. He currently lives and works in Chicago, Illinois, with his wife and two daughters. Recent exhibitions include a solo exhibition at Various Small Fires, Los Angeles, a solo presentation with Ackerman Clarke at NADA New York, 2021, and Polycephaly at Sanitary Tortilla Factory in Albuquerque New Mexico, 2020. Upcoming exhibitions include Small Paintings at Venus Over Manhattan, New York, and a solo exhibition at Various Small Fires, Seoul, in November 2022.
