Rosecrans in a noble profile pose, signed in ink, "W. S. Rosecrans, Bvt. Maj. General, Nov. 27, 1870." Published by Brady's National Photographic Portrait Galleries of New York and Washington, D.C. In very good to fine condition, with light soiling, a stain in the lower border, and the signature a bit light but fully legible.
