Uniformly bound in dark blue cloth, each with original dust-jacket; Volume I (book 1) in second state binding with the errata slip tipped-in opposite pg. 1, jacket has darkened considerably, with edge-chipping, particularly at the spine head, fractional corner losses, and some streaking across the spine; Volume II (book 2) with variant jacket as per Cohen (price printed with “a rather large square point following 30/”), spine panel darkened with fractional losses at the spine head and tail, as well as streaking across the spine; Volume III/Parts 1 & II (books 3 & 4) with Part I considerably fragmented along the spine and Part II with losses at the head and tail, each repaired with archival tape, endpapers toned; Volume IV (book 5) in second state (as per Cohen), with the Errata slip tipped-in opposite Page 9, jacket darkened considerably, particularly spine panel; Volume (book 6) with loss to jacket along the edges, archivally preserved, spine has faded to cream color but with type remaining bright, minor rubbing at corners.
