In a gilt frame with anthemion border, and red velvet reverse
Condition Report:
Light surface dirt throughout. The glaze and the miniature have slipped slightly in the mount. There is a small white blemish (approx. 1mm) to the sitter's hair, but it looks like this may have been original to the work. The reverse of the mount with approx. 5 teeth missing but it is secure. Unexamined out of glazed frame.
