Yesod Olam. Berlin, 1777. With the Rare Leaves of Sketches. Copy which Belonged to Chacham Amor Abitbul

Yesod Olam, on astronomy, by the ancient Rabbi Yitzchak HaYisraeli, disciple of the Ro"sh. Published from a manuscript which was in the possession of Rabbi Tzvi Hirsch of Berlin, by Rabbi Baruch of Shklov, disciple of the GR"A. Stamp on the title page: "Library of Rabbi Amor Abitbul ... of Sefrou." Lengthy notation in Oriental script by his grandson, Rabbi Shalom Azoulay.
This is an important work which was concealed for hundreds of years in manuscript, and printed, as mentioned, according to the manuscript which was in the possession of Rabbi Tzvi Hirsch of Berlin. The copy before us includes [7] leaves of tables at its conclusion, and also [2] folded charts of sketches. There are copies which contain only 6 leaves of tables.
