14K gold (585/-), tested. Portrait miniature, glass paste and cast iron.
Tie pins: length circa 5.4 and 3.9 cm.
Ring size: EU 52, UK L.5, US 6. Total weight circa 14.6 g.

The miniature of King Max I of Bavaria references a painting by Joseph Karl Stieler from 1816, which is housed at Schloss Ellingen. The profile depictions of the first Bavarian king, on the other hand, are based on the presentation medal of 1819 of the Estates Assembly of King Maximilian I Joseph for the first jubilee of the 1818 constitution, which is was designed by engraver Joseph Losch.
