a pair of French 1925 Art Deco perfume burners, night lamps

FRENCH ART DECO PERFUME BURNERS A rare pair of 1925-30 perfume burners in enameled ceramic on a nickel plated bronze or solid brass base. Switched on only just a little light shines through the white ceramic. These perfume burners work very nice as night lamps too. The lamps are 19 cm high and about 14 cm wide. They are in very condition. And are rewired with cloth covered twisted cord and E14 sockets. Originaly old French lamps had B22 bayonet sockets. But they are very unpractical. Good quality modern light bulbs are hardly available in B22. And for professional restorers 90 years old sockets are forbidden to use cause they are too dangerous. So I wire lamps with E14 sockets for which bulbs are widely available. For European countries I will add a bulb. For the States or Japan I will rewire the lamp with a US candelabra base socket and US 2-prong plug.
