The ring was finely crafted of solid 18k white gold, and has an intricate design with articulated rolling bands embellishing the top of the piece. The ring is decorated with 2.10ctw genuine VVS1-VVS2/F-G diamonds and 2.10ctw emeralds which are snow-set across the top of the bands and down the shoulders of the ring. Creation I, a necklace by de Grisogono, was sold for nearly $125 million, in 2017's Christie's sale. This designer is known for the finest luxury goods and you rarely find these pieces made for the world's most elite available. The ring measures 25mm wide across the top of the piece, and the band measures 5mm wide. The inside of the band is stamped with the de Grisogono hallmark, serial number, and the gold purity "AU750".
