Alexander Goetiers (Antwerp 1637 - Antwerp 1686) . A depiction of Stanislaus Kostka. Also Stanislas Kostka or Stanisław Kostka. He was a Polish Jesuit. He was educated together with his brother in Vienna in 1564. His wish to become a Jesuit was initially denied by the Society as Kostka was a member of an influential family. Born: 28 October 1550, Rostkowo, Przasnysz County, Poland. Passed away: 15 August 1568, Rome, Italy. Coloured illustration by A. Goetiers. It will be shipped adequately packaged.
