Circa 1880 Stereoview; Period pencil written identification on the reverse reads; "Entrance to Harts Orange Grove - St. Johns River". Published by J. F. Mears of Palatka, FL. This is an uncommon one. (I've had various St. John's River stereos but somehow never encountered this otherwise ordinary looking view). Photographic stereoview is mounted on slightly curved mount board which is about 7" x 3-1/2". Condition: some surface soiling, scuffs, edge wear, and foxing spots. Please see photos for additional condition review.
