His prowess at the keyboard earned him a reputation as perhaps the greatest virtuoso in the history of the instrument. Autograph letter signed "F. Liszt". 1p., visiting card, 2.75 x 4.5 inch, n.p., n.d. Short autograph letter signed on his personal visiting card with printed "F. Liszt" in the middle. In German, in full: "Hochgeehrter Freund, Empfangen Sie freundlichst Herrn Baumeister, ein liebenswürdig ausgezeichneter Künstler, ergebenst." Translated: "Dear friend. Please welcome Mr. Baumeister, a graciously honored artist." Fine condition. COMES WITH A CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY BY ANDREAS WIEMER HISTORICAL AUTOGRAPHS.
