235 x 180mm. Two original photos. Jorge Luis Borges and Maria Esther Vazquez in 1964, one of them unpublished, the other reproduced in M.E. Vazquez "Borges Esplendor y derrota. Tusquets. 1996", as he explains in his book these photos were taken by Bioy Casares in Villa Silvina, the house of the Bioy in Mar del Plata, explains M.E. Vazquez in his book page 233 ". the photographs were taken on a cool summer afternoon. In those years Bioy spent the day with the camera in his hand, surprising his family, the guests and everyone. That afternoon he made a real montage: he paste in the glass of the door a few pictures of myself taken the week before, then I stand inside the room looking at Borges, sitting in the gallery armchair through the glass . " One of the photos signed by ME Vazquez in August 2003. Provenance: a private collector bought to Maria Esther Vázquez in 2003 photos.
