Overall in good order. There are small discoloured holes around the cotton band for hanging, presumably where it was suspended or perhaps nailed on to something, or possibly these are discoloured stitching holes. Some wear to the gilt dark-blue brocaded border, minor loose threads. Some patches of staining to the blue cotton backing.
