[ translate ]

Antique Bourbon ring in 14K gold with rose-cut diamonds totalling 3. 5 ct and one natural, untreated emerald weighing 1. 3 ct Sicily, late 19th century Marvellous ring in 14K gold with silver cupel with one central natural, untreated emerald weighing 1. 3 ct accented by a double ring of white, very luminous diamonds weighing 3. 5 ct Beautiful design from the Bourbon period, very fashionable in 1800, and still appreciated to this day by connoisseurs and collectors of antique jewellery The very thin silver cupel covers the dome, as was used in that period, and used to better set diamonds and enhance their brightness. It is in perfect condition with no signs of wear or missing pieces, and has recently been cleaned and polished by a goldsmith. Ring size: 15-16 Diameter: 2 cm Dome: 2. 7 x 2. 4 cm Although Bourbon jewellery does not have a high value as far as the materials are concerned, they feature very high quality craftsmanship. In general, the gold content is never very high, but it is not always easy to define the purity of items of jewellery from the Bourbon period, as each goldsmith had his own personal 'recipe' for the gold. However, these are still rare and precious items of jewellery, which deserve to be worn with pride. Tracked shipping worldwide via Packlink PRO
