14k yellow gold Pietra Dura Insect ring with a white ceramic background and malachite, lapis lazuli, coral, and quartz. There are 4 insects and a cocoon, plus a spider visible inside the fly. The round top measures 22mm in diameter and is .21mm thick. The shank is marked "14K" and has a sizer in it. Currently set at size 6. weighs 4.2dwt.

Condition: Very good condition. the marble moves slightly inside the setting and the ring sizer is bent.
