A heart shaped head has a diamond perimeter, with a mixture of rubies and diamonds on the interior. Rubies are various cuts, approximately .75 carat of round brilliant diamonds are utilized being SI H/J color. Ring weighs 4.2 grams.

Paige Palmer (1916-2009), born Dorothy Rohrer in Akron, hosted The Paige Palmer Show on Cleveland's WEWS-TV from 1948 to 1973, the first daily televised fitness program in the United States. Known as the "First Lady of Fitness," she also designed exercise equipment and women's fashions and wrote widely on fashion and travel.
Condition: Very good overall, very slight crown facet wear on rubies.
