1.75ctw SI1-SI2/G-H Diamond, Mother of Pearl & Solid 18K White Gold Ring - This beautiful ring was finely crafted of solid 18k white gold and has an elegant design with a heart-shaped table which houses a lovely mother of pearl inlay. The ring shows wonderful attention to detail, as the white mother of pearl background is then decorated with iridescent mother of pearl inlaid flower details. The perimeter of the piece is also lined with approximately 1.75ctw SI1-SI2/G-H pave set diamonds, completing the piece beautifully. The table of the ring measures 24.5mm x 28mm and the band measures 3mm wide. Ring size: 7.
