A deed dated 1763, printed at Ephrata, Pa. Cloister: Imprint of "Ephratae Typis Societatis" at top. Agreement between Richard M'Calister of Heidelberg Twp., York and Mathias Burger of Lancaster. For ground in the town of Hanover. Signed by justice George Stevenson. Also signed by M'Calister & his wife and 2 witnesses. Deed is split into pieces and is worn, but complete. 16 x 19". Condition: Good.
