1770. BOOK: (EXECUTORY). DON CARLOS III FROM THE TITLE OF COUNT OF MIRASOL TO DON LUIS SEGUNDO DE ARIZTEGUI ON A HEREDITARY BASIS Execution handwritten all on vellum and illuminated by hand. It has a large heraldic coat of arms + the title of DON CARLOS POR LA GRACIA DE DIOS (Charles for the Grace of God) flanked by two crowned columns, at the foot a lion with a sceptre, coats of arms and the stamp of Charles III, the verse begins with the text of the execution + 4 hours of vellum. At the end all the corresponding signatures and the stamp stamp 'I the King'. All the text in an elaborate hand-illuminated border, just like the capitals. Text in black, titles in gold and red. Enc. in velvet, somewhat brushed, with braided hanging cords and silver clasps. Luis Segundo de Ariztegui developed a great maritime commercial activity with the Indies. He was also captain of the Urban Militias and Knight twenty-four of the city of Jerez de la Frontera. He entered the order of Santiago and that of Charles III, the king who granted him the title of Count of Mirasol. His son inherited the title and also had an outstanding political and military career.
