17C French Ivory Relief Plaque Abraham & Isaac

17th century French carved ivory relief depicting the sacrifice of Isaac by Abraham (spoiler alert: God stops him). Plaque measures about 6-1/2" x 4-1/8", unframed. Some very old writing or number on the back. Unconditionally guaranteed to be authentic and not a later reproduction. One of several early ivories in today's sale.
