Condition Report: **In quite good condition; some surface patina but crisp medallions and sharp, even tines with no rounding. Very hefty. All marked on the reverse with the Gorham "lion-anchor-G" trademark and "Sterling"; six additionally with "Pat. 1864" and "Starr & Marcus", the other twelve with "Theodore B. Starr" and no patent date. A superlative group.
