Nice 18 kt gold Oriental Kris with black enamelled decoration. Unique and handmade item of jewellery. The length is 47 mm, the weight is 2. 7 g. Tested as 18 kt gold, 750/1000 gold grade, pin of a later date and 14 kt gold, 585/1000 gold grade. A kris is an Indonesian, Malaysian or Filipino dagger with a double, often curved blade to which mystical powers are ascribed. The keris is often worn as a sign of authority or dignity.
