Beautiful necklace made of three strands of red Mediterranean coral, with 18 kt gold clasp.
. The necklace is composed of barrel-shaped beads, measuring between 5 mm and 15 mm; it dates back to the 1940s and features a substantial 18 kt gold clasp with safety catch which replaced the original one made of low grade gold.
. The necklace has been rarely used.
. Weight: approx. 220 g.
. Since the corals are about 80 years old they have some tiny age-related holes, and they have not been treated or enhanced.
. This is a rather impressive necklace. Truly beautiful object.
