Clear glass is used on both sides to allow for a cutout section revealing the signature of "William Craighead". The signatures of both presidents are clearly written in brown ink, "Th Jefferson" having some typical ink skips, measuring about 2.25" long, with "James Madison" having a smooth solid appearance, also measuring about 2.25" long. A pleasing document with typical folds and a clean appearance which is ready to hang on display.
