1865 EDITION GRAY'S ANATOMY MEDICAL TEXTBOOK
Formally titled "Anatomy, Descriptive and Surgical" by Henry Gray, Fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeon. This classic and groundbreaking medical textbook was used to train doctors and surgeons throughout the 19th Century, including field surgeons from both the Union and Confederate armies. This edition was published in Philadelphia in 1865 and sold by a Dayton, Ohio bookseller. On the fontis, the name "John C. Silley, Paris Ill." is written in ink. Some edge wear and discoloration to the pages, and the binding is slightly loose but intact. Some damage to the cover. Very Good
