"No. 15048 Gr. W.H. HOWE. No. 9 Mtn B.R.A." engraved on the edge. Attractive glossy dark gray with pastel highlights and scattered nicks and small scratches. Nice eye appeal.
William Henry Howe was a gunner with the 9th Mountain Battery Royal Artillery, as confirmed by the rolls of the regiment.
Accompanied by a ribbon of uncertain age.
