An antique 18th century English "Oignon" verge fusee key-wind pocket watch. Movement engraved and watch face marked "Vilkham London". Inside of the outer case is lined with the retailers name slip.Probably coin silver watch case and outer protective case. Includes a set of watch keys. Condition: small crack to enameled face, original crystal shows signs of wear, expected dings and tarnishing to cases, watch winds and runs for a short period of time, watch crystal needs to be re-affixed in place (loose), see images. 36mm watch face diameter. Fully assembled, the watch measures a total of approx. 48mm x APPROX. 75mm tall (including loop). Total weight: 112.5 grams. Shipping weight with keys: 142 grams.
