18th Century M1796 Irish Infantry Officers Sword. Straight, bright blade with fuller. Floral and crown acid etching throughout blade. Maker marked on the blade by "Wooley & Deakin". Brass crossguard and hilt. "D" shaped knuckle guard, wire wrapped grips, and decorated pommel. Leather scabbard with brass fittings, engraved " Nicolson Cork" on the throat. Blade Length: 31" | Total Length: 37.75"
Condition Report: Good. Blade has moderate pitting, shows wear. Leather scabbard is worn and cracked.
