18th C. SPANISH P1728 BILBO SWORD
18th C. Spanish Pattern 1728 Bilbo Sword. Straight, double edged, broad blade. Marked on one side of the blade "C.T. 1783" and a crown over "R", "C" and "M" on the reverse. Iron hilt. Bowl guard, stamped underneath on the ricasso "F". "D' guard, round pommel, with copper twisted wire grips. Blade Length: 36 1/4" | Total Length: 43 1/2"
Condition Report: Good. Blade has pitting and dark spots throughout. Hilt is loose. Some wire missing from grip.
