French School, 18th century. "Girl in Blue Dress", oil on canvas painting, apparently unsigned. A young girl dressed in blue corset and dress, holding an array of wildflowers. Approx: (canvas) 20" x 14.25", (frame) 21.5" x 16.25". Provenance:From The Estate of Mrs. Carol Klotz, proprietor of Regalo Antiques, of Atlanta, Georgia.
Condition Report: Painting has been relined and restored. Under blacklight examination: hazy green varnish layer visible, scattered over paint to surface commensurate with age and handling.
