Mod & Full; Slightly raised matted rib with steel bead & Scott's Improved bolt. Case-colored action has generous coverage of acanthus scroll engraving with pigeons on plates. Action features bbl. triggers, selector ejectors & auto-safety. Splinter checkered forearm with push button release. Straight grip checkered walnut stock w/ gold plated shield at top of wrist, tear drops, Monte Carlo piece added to buttstock. LOP: 13 3/8" to hard rubber buttplate. DAC: 1 1/2". Drop at end of comb: 1 5/8". WEIGHT: 8 lbs., 4 oz. CONDITION: Barrel shows re-freshened barrel blue showing browning along with marks along forearm channel. Faint case colors in protected areas with balance bright with pinprick patina. Wood has been old refinish & re-checkering with worn finish in carry areas & sm. scrapes & gouges around checkering.
