1930s And 1950s Rancheros Visitadores Rosters

Offered here for your consideration are rosters from the famous Rancheros Visitadores covering a spettering of years from the 1930s and forward to 1957. The Rancheros Visitadores is a southern California social club that annually gathers at a Santa Barbara ranch for a sixty mile trek on horseback. The club included such notables as artist, Ed Borein and movie producer and artist, Walt Disney, each of whom appears with a small profile picture in a roster. Clark Gable was a member, as well as, many prominent people that make up a fascinating list of modern folks dedicated to the ways of the old west, which should be of interest to collectors of show biz, California history, and western history. PROVENANCE: These items come from storage. Well-known artists Victor Clyde Forsythe, James Swinnerton, and Bill Bender and items associated with the Godshall family and their C-G Ranch were all in the storage.
