1936 BERLIN OLYMPICS PHOTO BOOK

Scarce 1936 Olympics publication, a photographic book "Zur Errinnerung an die XI. Olympiade Berlin 1936" by Hans von Tschammer und Osten, Germany's national sports leader and president of the German Olympic Committee who was largely responsible for organizing the games. The book bears full page top quality AGFA film stock photos of the Olympic stadium and scenes in Berlin, with two tipped-in sheets of printed athletes' signatures, including that of Jesse Owens. One leather strap on bottom of cover is broken, else very good to fine.
