1937 Ford V8 'Woody' Station Wagon, Registration no. DLX 382 Chassis no. 790097

Odometer Reading: 50,023
MoT Expiry: n/a

*Charming example of the classic Ford V8 'Woody'
*Tidy throughout
*Original right-hand drive

From pre-war British shooting party transport to 1960s California surfboard hauler the 'woody' has cemented itself into motoring culture and the Ford versions remain very highly regarded. This 1937 model is an older restoration that is generally, in terms of body, paint and trim still tidy, although there is a small area of woodworm to the nearside rear pillar and the door rubbers have perished. The interior has lasted well but the vinyl re-trim now shows some discolouration. Mechanically it is good, the flathead V8 is said to be sound, as is the running gear.
