Clark R.A., WW2 BWM (un-named as issued), KGVI Imperial Service Medal to Harold Clark, 1937 Coronation Medal (un-named as issued), KGV Territorial Force Efficiency Medal and bar to 146365 B.S. Mjr H. Clark R.G.A. and KGVI Efficiency Medal (Territorial) to 1660782 W.O. Cl 2 H. Clark (M.M.) R.A. generally fine to extremely fine, mounted for display.
Harold Clark's BEM was announced in the London Gazette dated 2nd January 1939 serving with Thames & Medway Heavy Brigade R.A. His MM was announced in the London Gazette dated 12th December 1917 and ISM 22nd December 1950 as a Shipwright at H.M. Dockyard Sheerness. With a typed extract for award of MM, "At Zillsheke, Belgium on the 3th September 1917, at great personal risk rescued 6 NCOs and men lying wounded, under intense hostile gun fire. During the same period, he displayed great devotion to duty by keeping his guns in action with very few NCOs and men during an attack. B.S.M. Clark has served in France since December 1916 and has been slightly gassed on three occasions and is now serving on the Italian front to which he proceeded in December 1917. Previously he served in the R.G.A. Territorial's for a period of 6 years prior to the war."
He enlisted 22/3/09 and served until 18/12/41, TFEM issued AO 380 of 1919 and clasp to TFEM awarded AO 100 May 1930.
With original bestowal document for ISM and notice of award, 1949 letter of service confirming he served 38 years and 230 days, 4 group photo postcards in uniform, 1919 Cert of Demob, copied research including LGs, MIC, Census etc. (See photo) (R)
