1940s-1950s El Rancho Pattern Wallace China

Offered here for your consideration is a group of 1940s-1950s era, El Rancho pattern, Wallace China. This is a great collection of the popular El Rancho pattern that was mostly used by restaurants! The body is tan and the border is decorated with brown branding irons, longhorns, shorthorns, and spurs. The scene in the center is brown and includes a chuck wagon, cowboys, horses, and, in the distance, a herd of cattle as well as what looks like Monument Valley. Other pieces in this group have a cabin porch with a lone rider on a horse in the distance. Most of the pieces are marked on the back "Made expressly for Dohrmann Hotel Supply, Co." in addition to the Wallace China mark. Add this group to your Western collection.

APPROX AGE: 1940s - 1950s.
SIZE: The dinner plates measures 9 1/2 inches in diameter. The bowls measure 6 1/2 inches in diameter. The saucer plates measure 6 inches in diameter. The salt and pepper shakers measure 2 1/2 in diameter and 3 1/2 inches tall. The dessert plates measure 7 1/8 inches in diameter.
CONDITION: Average to good for their age, normal wear and minor imperfections expected - and please note, these may be from two or more different sets which were combined. Please look closely at the pictures as they are an important part of our description and are hereby incorporated into the description, specifically with regards to condition.
