1940s French Moonstone Diamond Yellow Gold Stylized Fly

The cutest fly pin! Definitely a conversational piece and will accentuate your extravagant personality! It belongs to the Retro era and was made in France in the 1940s. The pin is made of 18k yellow with rose tint gold and platinum set with single cut and square step cut diamonds, and features a 5.50-ct cabochon moonstone. Diamond total weight is approximately 1.0 carat. The fly eyes are accented with two cabochon rubies. The pin measures 2-1/4" x 1-1/2" x 0.5". There are French hallmarks for 18k gold and platinum. There is also a maker's mark but it is hard to identify it.
