Produite à partir de 1947, la Nettuno peut être considéré comme la petite sœur de la célèbre Saturno. Elle est équipée d'un sculptural moteur monocylindre 4 temps culbuté d'une cylindrée de 246,9 cm3 et d'une boîte de vitesses à 4 rapports. Avec une culasse en alliage léger dans cette version Sport, ce moteur délivrait une puissance de 11 ch, ce qui permettait à la Nettuno d'atteindre environ 125 km/h. Le châssis à berceau interrompu est équipé d'une fourche à parallélogramme à l'avant et d'un bras oscillant à ressorts horizontaux à l'arrière. Complète et en bon état, cette Gilera Nettuno a été remise en route en vue de sa vente ; elle devra néanmoins être révisée avant de s'élancer sur les routes champêtres.

Manufactured from 1947, the Nettuno is known as the little sister of the famous Saturno. It is fitted with a sculptural single-cylinder 4-stroke engine with 246.9 cc and a 4-speed gearbox. Having a lightweight alloy cylinder head in this Sport version, this engine could produce 11 hp which enabled the Nettuno to reach around 125 km/h. The suspended cradle frame is equipped with a front parallelogram fork and a rear swingarm with horizontal springs. Complete and in good condition, this Gilera Nettuno was restarted specifically for this sale; It will nonetheless need to be serviced before setting off onto country roads.
